Faculty and Staff Conferences

The EMU Faculty and Staff Conferences aim to cultivate community at the start and close of each academic year. These gatherings provide vital space for faculty and staff to reconnect and welcome new colleagues. Whether energizing for the year ahead or reflecting on the months passed, we use this collective time for worship, thought-provoking input, conversation, and fellowship.

2026 Spring Faculty Staff Conference

As we approach the conclusion of another academic year at EMU, we invite all faculty and staff to gather for our 2026 Spring Conference. This year’s gathering serves as a vital bookend to our university theme: Environmental Sustainability. Together, we will celebrate our shared achievements and engage in collective professional development as we continue to serve students and live out our mission of “preparing students to lead and serve in a global context.”
