  1.   OR IEP International Application Form (PDF; send as email attachment or print and mail) 
  2. Send this  to a person who can write about your academic potential. 
  3. IEP Financial Certification Form (PDF; send as email attachment or print and mail)

Students transferring from another U.S. college or university: Transfer Form (PDF; send as email attachment or print and mail)
