Kay said that one thing she really appreciated about CTP was that it placed restorative justice within a broader peacebuilding framework. It is nice to see that relationship so clearly articulated and affirmed in this post.

In my work now, I do a lot of strategic planning with organizations, helping them articulate values, goals, etc. As I see these lists of values, aspirations, etc. I’m struck by how clear, precise, and compelling they are. I know that you and the field of restorative justice have had years to refine the wording and ideas. It is a great example to me of how useful strong, concise statements like these can be.
