Dr. Lonnie Yoder, EMS Associate Dean and Professor of Pastoral Care and Counseling, opens the Seminary’s Spring Semester with a convocation address, “Hold on, let go, Let’s go!”

鈥淚n the midst of the intriguing times in which we live (e.g. rapid and constant change, over-committed lives, foundational challenges, and the experience of multiple losses), the Biblical witness orients us in terms of identity and calling. We are invited to both hold on and let go as we embrace our common mission of making disciples.鈥�

, Associate Dean and Professor of Pastoral Care and Counseling, offers the Spring semester convocation address for聽 Chapel Gathering at the Seminary.

The entire campus community is invited to every chapel worship service on聽campus. Eastern Mennonite Seminary hosts chapel gatherings in Martin聽Chapel every Tuesday and Thursday;聽EMU聽Campus Ministries hosts chapel聽gatherings every Wednesday and Friday in Lehman Auditorium. Specifics and聽occasional changes are noted in individual chapel listings.

Chapel Gathering services held in Martin Chapel at Eastern Mennonite Seminary are planned by the Seminary community but open to all.
