Thank you Matt! I’m thankful I took the 20 minutes needed to listen. This should be published in The Mennonite and other church papers. Too many of our church people buy in to the war hero idea, completely avoiding the whole issue of moral injury, so our youth should hear this before they choose the military. And yes, the Mennonite Church should also accept the challenge to be a Healing Community for Combat Veterans.
