Dawn completed a 20+ year sales management career with AT&T. During her years in corporate America\u200b \u200bshe learned to address workplace conflict in\u200b \u200ba positive and productive manner. Dawn pursued and\u200b \u200bearned her Master\u2019s Degree in Conflict Transformation from ²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø, and\u200b \u200bapplied\u200b \u200bher learnings within the corporate space. Dawn and Nicole Perrotta opened CTA and began providing\u200b \u200bfacilitation, mediation, ombudsman, and\u200b \u200btraining services to bring transformation to organizations.<\/p>\n
