Study and Training for Effective Pastoral Ministry (STEP) at Eastern Mennonite Seminary provides training for pastors or ministry leaders – who may not have college, Bible school, or seminary training. STEP helps leaders grow in love for God, in character, in competence, and in effectiveness. In this video, Randy Carr shares how the STEP program helped him explore his call to ministry and prepared him to be a pastor.
