Mr. Hoover has served as Vice President for Enrollment since July 2024.  He has served EMU since he graduated in 2011, most recently as Associate Vice President for Advancement where he provided strategic leadership over annual giving efforts and carried a portfolio of major and corporate donors.  Mr. Hoover graduated cum laude from EMU with a bachelor’s degree in Biology (pre-med concentration).  He later earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from EMU in 2021.  Mr. Hoover serves as lead staff liaison to the Strategic Positioning & Growth committee of the Board.  Mr. Hoover holds several key leadership positions with local nonprofits, including serving as President of the board of directors of United Way of Harrisonburg & Rockingham County.
