Natasha Walker serves as Vice President for Finance at ²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø, bringing
over 20 years of strategic financial leadership across higher education and nonprofit sectors. She
is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, operational
management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining EMU, Natasha held key financial leadership roles at institutions such as the
University of Baltimore, Prince George’s Community College, and Stratford University.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led financial transformations, implemented scalable
systems, strengthened internal controls, and aligned financial strategies with institutional goals to
ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Natasha is known for her data-informed approach, collaborative leadership style, and
commitment to transparency and accountability. Her work has consistently contributed to
improved financial health, operational efficiency, and institutional effectiveness.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and
has completed executive training through the American Management Association.

In her role at EMU, Natasha is focused on stewarding resources to support the university’s
mission, enhancing financial systems and reporting, and fostering a culture of fiscal
responsibility across campus.
